This event follows on from the success of the long established Brixham Heritage Regatta which is held in May.
It is a sail-in-company social event, with the classic vessels sailing a course encompassing the various racing marks located in the Bay.
Of course, the event is not just about sailing. After mooring up against the Brixham Town Dock pontoon a lively party is held at the Brixham Yacht Club, where those taking part can share their tales of classic sailing in their part of the world.
The Rally often coincides with other local sailing events taking place in the area and at the Yacht Club, adding to the atmosphere and topics of conversation.
