Torbay Cleaner Coasts Initiative will be meeting at Berry Heard for sign in and then walking down into the quarry.
This is a land based litter pick event to remove all we can find from in and around the quarry.
This involves a long(ish) walk in (down hill) and a long(ish) walk out (uphill). Bring sturdy footwear and a waterproof in case of rain. There is uneven terrain and a waters edge so supervision will be provided but a sensible head must be worn at all times. Bring a flask of tasty warm beverage and some sandwiches. The Guardhouse cafe will be open so refreshments are available to purchase there. We will be finished by 2pm then depart.
