(i)         that the decision taken by the Assistant Director Business Services, on 30 July 2018, in respect of Traffic Signals (Network Resilience) which allocated £60,000 to one junction only be rescinded; and

(ii)        that up to £100,000 be allocated from the strategic allocation for resilience to replace at least one signalised junction, to be funded from the Transport Capital Funding prior to March 2021.
