Reason for inclusion in Forward Plan: The protection of Paignton Green subject to the residents of Paignton being able to allow future development. The ability to continue the present uses of the Green and erect temporary structures on the Green for up to 6 months in any 12 month period.
Key Risks: No development will be able to take place on Paignton Green without the support of the majority of Paignton's residents.
