Reason for inclusion in Forward Plan: The Council has the opportunity to significantly reduce it's leased office accommodation and make the resultant savings as a consequence. The Project also enables the Council to consolidate key services in a central hub which will deliver benefits to service users.

Key Risks: The biggest risk to the Project is that a decision is deferred and that the opportunities to disengage from leases for office accommodation are missed with the result being that savings are not forth coming and that the Council will be tied into long leases which will mean additional revenue expenditure.
