To present the results of a feasibility study regarding the installation of Solar Photovoltaic panels on Council and School buildings, in order to secure both revenue and carbon savings; generate additional revenue for the Council through a Government scheme guaranteed for the next 25 years, and generate renewable electricity.

For the Council to decide whether to proceed with the project to the next stage in order to secure the benefits outlined in the business case.
