Cultural Strategy

A new Cutural Strategy is required from 2015 which is currently a policy document. Funding was provided by Arts Council England to develop a new cultural strategy for Torbay which will reflect the needs and apirations of the public and the cultural sector.

Consultation has been undertaken with key stakeholders to establish the strategy including face to face, focus groups and open space session.
