To consider a report proposing the disposal of the following assets which are no longer required by the Council:

1.         Derelict Paignton Windmill tower and adjoining land Windmill Lane, Paignton.

2.         "Higher Lodge", Cockington Village, Torquay.

3.         Approximately 3560 sq.m.of Amenity Land adjoining Loxbury Road and Vicarage Hill Road, Torquay.

4.         Former Learning Resource Centre, Old Mill Road, Torquay.

5.         Area of Amenity Land at Alpine Road, Torquay.

6.         Former South Parks Children's Home and adjoining land at 'Hillside', South Parks Road, Torquay.

7.         Former Playground off Glebeland Way, Torquay.

8.         Approx 1,300 sq.m. amenity land r/o 64-70 Borough Road, Paignton.

9.         Approx 180 sq.m. amenity land adjoining 92 Colley End Road, Paignton.

10.      Vacant Houses at 284/286 Totnes Road, Paignton.
