Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy

The Council and the South Devon and Torbay Clinical Commissioning Group must, through the Health and Wellbeing Board, agree a Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy.

The Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy sets out how organisations in Torbay will work together to meet the needs identified in the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment. It explains what the health and wellbeing priorities are in Torbay and how joint action will be taken to make a real impact on people’s lives.

Once agreed, the Strategy will be used to inform the commissioning plans of the Council, the Clinical Commissioning Group and the NHS Commissioning Board.
