Make Hollicombe beach dog friendly year round
We the undersigned petition the council to make Hollicombe beach dog friendly year round as it is the only beach in the area with good access (without steps) for disabled dog owners to exercise their dogs. It is not a tourist beach as there are no toilet facilities so it is difficult to understand why dogs are not allowed all year.
Equality of facilities for disabled people in the bay should be a priority for the council
