PDF 186 KBThat the nationally prescribed increases to Marriage and Civil Partnership fees arising from the Registration of Births, Deaths, Marriages and Civil Partnerships (Fees) (Amendment and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2026 be adopted and take effect on 6 April 2026, replacing the local fees previously approved by Council for implementation from 1 April 2026.
