That an allocation of £5,000 of Torbay Council’s Enterprise Fund retail Grant 2025/26 be awarded to Brett Morton, owner of Offshore Bars in Torquay for improvement costs including crucial external repair and redecoration works and improved external lighting.  Recipient will cover remaining costs, which total 50% or more of the total investment.
