That an allocation of £5000 of Torbay Council’s Enterprise Fund retail Grant 2025/26 be awarded to Ben Norton, owner of Bank in Torquay for improvement costs including crucial external redecoration, a new kiosk and improved lighting. Recipient will cover remaining costs, which total 50% or more of the total investment.
