To consider the submitted paper on School Transport and make recommendations to the Mayor.

Public Speaking – it has been agreed that three people will be permitted to speak in support of the proposed cuts and three people against the proposed cuts, each for up to five minutes.  Anyone wishing to speak at the Policy Development Group meeting should register their intention to do so by 4.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 17 August 2011 by contacting Democratic Services on 207013 or email democratic.services@torbay.gov.uk.
