An apology of absence was received from Councillor Chris Lewis.

To confirm as a correct record the Minutes of the meetings of the Committee held on 11 March 2016 and 12 September 2017.

The Minutes of the Committee held on the 12 September 2017 were agreed as a correct record.

To consider passing a resolution to exclude the press and public from the meeting prior to consideration of the following item on the agenda on the grounds that exempt information (as defined by the Local Government (Access to Information) Act, 1985) is likely to be disclosed.

Prior to consideration of the item in Minute 30, the press and public were formally excluded from the meeting on the grounds that the items involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

To consider the submitted report on the above.

The Committee considered the submitted exempt report regarding the Senior Leadership Team restructure and pay rates. 

The decision of the Committee is restricted due to exempt information contained within the decision.
