The Public Protection Officer outlined the Representation, as set out in the submitted document and responded to Members questions.

 

The Application was introduced by the Senior Licensing Officer who advised that there were no additional Representations received from any other Responsible Authority or any interested party.

 

Any further information:

The Licensing Officer advised Members that the Applicant had agreed to the additional conditions recommended in the submitted report and a signed copy of a note accepting the proposed conditions from the Applicant was circulated to Members.

 

Decision:

 

That the application for a Premises Licence in respect of Splashdown @ Quaywest, Tanners Road, Goodrington Sands, Paignton TQ4 6LN be granted as applied for, subject to the additional conditions put forward by Public Protection, as agreed by the Applicant.

 

Reason for Decision:

 

Having carefully considered all the written and oral Representations, Members resolved to grant the Licence, having been satisfied by the oral representation put forward by the Public Protection representative that the conditions proposed by them, and as agreed by the Applicant, would seek to ensure that the Licensing Objective, namely, The Prevention of Public Nuisance, would be promoted and that these conditions would be monitored by them to ensure that they are complied with.
