It was reported that, in accordance with the wishes of the Independent Coalition Group, the membership of the Committee had been amended for this meeting by including Councillor Ellery instead of Councillor Morey.

To confirm as a correct record the Minutes of this Committee held on 12 March 2012.

The Minutes of the meeting of the Development Management Committee held on 12 March 2012 were confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.

To consider any other items that the Chairman decides are urgent.

The Committee considered a verbal update regarding application P/2012/0191/HA - 2 York Crescent, Torquay.  Under Standing Order 1.5 (c) and Standing Order 12.4 the Senior Planning Officer recommended that this application be deferred so that all relevant considerations material to the decision may be taken into account.  The Committee agreed to defer the application.

Change of use from trading bed and breakfast into 3 self contained flats.

Consideration was deferred until the receipt of revised plans.

Formation of extension to provide new main reception facilities, replacement windows, provision of accessible parking spaces, realignment of paths, removal of pedestrian entrance gate and engineering works to improve grass play areas.

Prior to the meeting written representations were circulated to the Committee.
