To consider the recommendation of the Cabinet in respect of the Housing Strategy 2023-2030.

The Council considered the recommendations of the Cabinet on the proposed Housing Strategy 2023-2030.  The Strategy was the over-arching strategic document which pulled together all aspects of the Council’s strategic housing function and how the Council and its partners would improve the delivery, affordability and quality of housing in Torbay.

Councillor Long proposed and Councillor Cowell seconded a motion, which was agreed by the Council as set out below:

that the Torbay Housing Strategy 2023-2030, as set out in Appendix 1 to the submitted report, be approved.
