Construction of new 2-storey mental health unit comprising a secure mixed-gender adult ward with 16 bedrooms, treatment & therapy spaces and staff offices with associated clinical & non-clinical facilities. Partial demolition of existing Haytor ward to accommodate new unit.
Decision to be taken after 13 May 2020.
