Presentation by Mr Rogers from Palace Avenue.  Mr Rogers was objecting to an alteration to provide 6 additional metered parking bays in Palace Avenue.  Outcome: Members recommended that the proposed amendments to the Traffic Regulation orders are implemented as advertised except in the areas detailed in Appendix 4, where amendments will be re-advertised.  However with the addition that the Commissioner of Environment and Place be requested to reconsider his decision to implement the 6 metered parking spaces in Palace Avenue.  Decision: 6 in favour, 1 abstention.
