Approved with the final drafting of conditions (to include those set out in the submitted report and the submission of a satisfactory management plan dealing with deliveries to the restaurant) being delegated to the Assistant Director of Planning and Transport and the resolution of any further material considerations that may come to light plus an informative in respect of the two plaques on the exterior of the application building being retained.
