To review and provide feedback on draft Communication and Consultation Plan for Torbay’s Community Governance Review (updated Communication and Consultation Plan attached).
Minutes:
The Working Party reviewed the draft Community Governance Review Communication and Consultation Plan and made the following comments:
(i) the submitted communication and consultation plan was recommended for approval by the Director of Corporate Services;
(ii) leaflets and communications materials to be developed by the Director of Corporate Services in consultation with the Chairman of the Working Party; and
(iii) the Chairman of the Working Party to attend the Community Partnership Chairs meeting on 14 January 2019 if this is acceptable to the group.
