Minutes:
The Committee considered an application for the provision of mixed species exhibit including new buildings and landscaping.
Prior to the meeting, Members of the Development Management Committee undertook a site visit and written representations were circulated to members.
Resolved:
Approved subject to:
(i) the receipt of a revised tree removal plan to indicate T16 being retained;
(ii) additional information regarding the relocation of the Badger sett;
(iii) a revised Construction Method Statement;
(iv) submission of additional drainage details;
(v) the submission of results of ecological studies with regards to bats and the completion of an Habitats Regulation Assessment; and
(vi) determination of appropriate conditions (as headlined in the submitted report) being delegated to the Executive Head for Business Services.
