The Officer representing Children’s Services was unable to attend and Members took advice from our Legal Representative.

Members Resolved:

(i)         that Case 13/14-15 be deferredand requested that arrangements be put in place so the applicant was not prejudiced prior to the application being heard in December.  This was an interim position and cannot be taken as any indication of any future Transport Appeal decision.
