A representative from the Children’s Services Directorate was present and made representations in respect of the appeal.  A Legal Representative for the Council was also present. The appellant for Case 05/14-15 did not attend the meeting and it was heard in the appellant’s absence.

 

Resolved:

 

(i)         that Case 05/14-15 be refused on the grounds that there were no exceptional circumstances.
