To receive apologies for absence, including notifications of any changes to the membership of the Board.

An apology for absence was received from Councillor Bryant.  It was also reported that, in accordance with the wishes of the Liberal Democrat Group, the membership of the Board had been amended to include Councillors George Darling, Harvey and Fox in place of Councillors Long, Law and Douglas-Dunbar for this meeting only. 

Councillors Law and Long attended the meeting virtually and took part in the discussion but did not vote as they were not Members of the Board for this meeting.  The Vice-Chair, Councillor Spacagna Chaired the meeting.
