Reasons for the decision:
The applications were considered by the CiL Spend Panel on 3 December 2024 and recommendations were made to the Divisional Director of Planning, Housing and Climate Emergency.

An alternative option would have been to refuse the application, this option was discounted as the application met the criteria for funding.
Implementation:
This decision will come into force with effect from 3 December 2024.

Determination of an application that sought £5850 from the Community Infrastructure Levy Fund (neighbourhood proportion), for providing handrails for upper steps and slope for access to Maidencombe beach, Torquay. The application was submitted by Maidencombe Residents Association.
