That the amount of £18,447.50 be awarded in principle from the Paignton allocation of the Community Infrastructure Levy Fund to South Devon School of Gymnastics for the upgrade of gymnastics equipment.
Reasons for the decision:
The applications were considered by the CiL Spend Panel on 15 February 2024 and recommendations were made to the Divisional Director of Planning, Housing and Climate Emergency.

An alternative option would have been to refuse the application, this option was discounted as the application met the criteria for funding
Implementation:
This decision will come into force with effect from 15 February 2024.
