That an allocation of £ 652.90 of Torbay Council’s Enterprise Fund retail Grant 2025/26 be awarded to Karen Aoas, owner of Itsa Boba in Torquay for improvement costs including crucial external repair and redecoration works to the facade and improved signage. Recipient will cover remaining costs, which total 50% or more of the total investment.
