That an amount of £28,656 be awarded from the Torquay allocation of the Community Infrastructure Levy Fund to the St Marychurch and District Community Partnership to carry out infrastructure repairs to Glen Sannox Woodland Footpath to facilitate the development of the Babbacombe Historic Trail.

The applications were considered by the CiL Spend Panel on 7 October 2025 and recommendations were made to the Divisional Director of Planning, Housing and Climate Emergency.
