Information:
The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Spend Panel have received an application form from Torquay Neighbourhood Plan seeking £25,000 of CIL in support of sustainable urban drainage at three Torquay schools (Sherwell Valley School, Shiphay, Watcombe Primary School, Watcombe and Cuthbert Main Secondary School, St Marychurch).
The CIL funding will unlock a further £34,000 from Department of Education.
The CiL Spend Panels views were sought and recommended that the Director of Pride in Place, in the absence of the Divisional Director of Planning, Housing and Climate Emergency approve the application.
