That Torbay Council’s Gender Pay Gap Report be published as set out in Appendix 1 to this Record of Decision.
Reasons for the decision:
The Gender Pay Gap Report contains information which ensures that the Council is compliant with Gender Pay Reporting requirements under the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 2017.

The Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 2017 requires the Council to publish gender pay gap data and provide a written statement on the Council’s public-facing website and report the data to Government.
