Chief Finance Officer in consultation with the Leader of the Council and Divisional Director of Education of which the decision was taken on the 28 September 2021.
Reasons for the decision:
To allocate funding for Half Term food vouchers for children who are eligible for free school meals.

This decision will be implemented immediately.
Information:
To allocate funding of £117,000 from the underspend on the allocation for travel passes within the summer months and reallocate to fund the (October) Half Term food vouchers.
