That The Precept Investment Plan for Adult Social Care be approved.
Reasons for the decision:
Use of the Adult Social Care Precept was agreed by Torbay Council and was divided equally between Torbay Council and Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust. Torbay Council committed to using their funds from The Precept to strengthen Adult Social Care’s focus on Asset and Strengths Base approaches, by investing in Community and Voluntary Sector projects and activity.
This decision is to implement The Precept Investment Plan, which has been co-produced with Community and Voluntary Sector leaders.
