That the Heads of Terms in relation to the Economic Growth Fund Opportunity 19/05/20(a) be approved.

Reasons for the decision:

In line with the exempt Cabinet decision made on 19 May 2020, negotiations between the Council and an interested party have concluded and the associated Heads of Terms have been agreed in accordance with the decision made by Cabinet on 19 May 2020.

Information:

At the Cabinet Meeting on 19 May 2020 an exempt report was considered in connection with an economic growth opportunity, the Cabinet agreed to delegate to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Group Leaders and the Chief Finance Officer, approval to provide financial support in line with the proposal and instructed the Chief Executive to conclude negotiated Heads of Terms.

The agreed Heads of Terms are set out in an exempt appendix to this Record of Decision.
