If you haven’t visited Torre Abbey, this really is a jewel in Torbay’s crown and this Halloween is a great opportunity to see this beautiful house and gardens in a different light while keeping the children entertained.”

Entry for the Horrible Halloween trail is free for under 18s and accompanying adults only have to pay £1.50 for entry into the gardens which are open between 12noon and 5pm. The day trail is full of spooky sightings during an eerie expedition around the gardens.  A self-led tour around Torre Abbey’s gardens, you will find spooky clues along the way. During the trail you will encounter tarantulas, zombie remains, skeletons and ghosts wherever you go...we hope you aren’t faint hearted!

A Halloween Staircase Opera is on Sunday 30 October, from 3pm until 4.15pm, £5 per adult with under 16s going free. This programme is filled with exciting and varied vocal and piano music fit for Halloween and will have you thrilled with witches, ghosts and sorcerers.
