Sisters Amy and Scarlett need some head space to make some big decisions. So when their mother Judy surprises them with a luxury spa weekend, you might imagine they’d be thrilled. But you haven’t met their mother!
In the claustrophobic environment of a remote hotel, Judy’s domineering ways threaten to derail her daughters’ efforts to get their chaotic lives back on track.
‘Me Time’ is an all-too recognisable comedy. with a healthy dollop of farce, which touches on themes of modern narcissism, familial dysfunction, inter-generational conflict and intimate waxing.
Following its successful premiere in Dartington in November 2016, ‘Me Time’ is the first production of the Lesser Spotted Theatre Company, a new group producing original comedies.
