Road safety primley park
"Rule 243 of the Highway Code states " you should not stop or park on a bend unless forced by traffic. It is considered dangerous"
Upon looking at yellow lines. The rules are clear "Double yellow lines indicate a restriction of "no waiting at any time," designed to keep traffic moving and maintain safety at junctions, bends, or busy roads. No enforcement is currently being carried out as the area does not have a Traffic Regulation Order to regulate parking on the grounds of public safety or enable the flow of traffic. We are therefore requesting the Council to put a Traffic Regulation Order in place and enforce it.
I have dash cam of near misses due to residents parking on a blind bend that child use to cross and is an accident waiting to happen.
