The Cabinet considered the following matters, full details of which (including the Cabinet’s decisions) are set out in the Record of Decisions appended to these Minutes.

To consider the Local Account for Adult Social Care which sets out what has been achieved for local people in relation to adult social care.

To consider a report that proposes a renewal of the Legal Agreement to the joint Devon County Council, Somerset County Council & Torbay Council Shared Trading Standards Service.

To consider a report on the above.

To consider a report that seeks approval of the Transformation Plan which sets out the objectives of the Redesign Programme together with the Design Principles for Torbay Council moving forward.

To note the submitted report on the latest budget monitoring position and to consider any recommendations from the Overview and Scrutiny Board.

The Cabinet noted the contents of the submitted report which provided a high level budget summary of the Council’s revenue and capital income and expenditure for 2020/2021.  Full discussion on the report had taken place at the Overview and Scrutiny Board on 16 September 2020.
