The Committee considered an application for the demolitions of existing dwelling and formation of two semi-detached dwellings with associated new access and driveway.

Prior to the meeting, Members of the Development Management Committee undertook a site visit and written representations were available on the Council’s website.  At the meeting Malcolm Gigg addressed the Committee in support of the application.
