To receive an update on the implementation of the actions of the Sub-Board and consider any further actions required (as set out in the submitted action tracker).

The Sub-Board noted the submitted Action Tracker.  Members were advised that a response remained outstanding from the Integrated Care Board regarding commissioning responsibilities and that the visit to the Emergency Department at Torbay Hospital that was scheduled to take place on 10 September 2026 would be rearranged due to a conflicting meeting.
