Torbay Culture is hosted by TDA and funded mainly by grants from the Arts Council and the National Lottery Heritage Fund.  Our ambition is to make a difference for people, to encourage audience participation in culture, and facilitate creative collaborations that improve the quality of life in the area. We encourage and enable cultural development and creative practice; we do this by working in collaboration to address our three strategic
