Parkwood Leisure Monitoring Group
Description
To monitor the lease arrangements and the operation of Parkwood and their overall running of Torbay Leisure Centre, from a sports and property side.
The Councillors approve/agree with Parkwood spending on the maintenance fund for the Leisure Centre building (annual financial payments from the Council to Parkwood specifically for maintenance of the building as set out in the lease).
