Consultation process

There will be multiple strands of consultation and engagement throughout this piece of work as a collaborative approach with partners and people who use services underpins the whole ethos of the endeavour.


Consultation and engagement will involve, stakeholder meetings and reviews, regular email updates, regular 1:1 developmental discussions and updates, consultation and engagement with people who use services in the development of service delivery models.

All local stakeholders with an expert knowledge and/or relationship/ contact / responsible for commissioning services with/for individuals with multiple complex needs.
