Leasehold disposal and delivery of a mixed use development at South Quay, Paignton Harbour.

 

This follows the Council's approval, in October 2017, to procure a development partner for the delivery of a mixed use redevelopment of South Quay, Paignton Harbour.  The procurement process requires the Elected Mayor to make a decision about the nature of the disposal (i.e. long leasehold) to a development partner and the terms of a partnership arrangement between the Council and development partner.
