At the Council meeting on 23 February 2017 the Assistant Director of Corporate and Business Services was requested to explore the potential of transferring the land adjacent to 4 Berry Head Road (known as Jubilee Gardens), either as a short or medium term leasehold to Brixham Town Council, on the basis that they will be responsible for maintenance and make recommendations to the Council accordingly. This report will set out the outcome of that work.
