Given the financial challenges that face the Torbay Coast & Countryside Trust, as well as the Council, it is appropriate for certain amendments to be agreed to the areas of land leased to the Trust (including land at Preston Down Road and Collaton St Mary), together with a renegotiation of the existing financial and landlord/tenant arrangements between both parties.
