The Minutes of the last meeting held on 16^th October 2013 were checked for accuracy.  Amendment to be added to page 2, paragraph 1 .....poor quality.....

Item 7: Interim Child Poverty Commission report:  The Commission membership to be added to the final report

Draft Interim Torbay Child Poverty Commission (Final Report) – for consideration and discussion

The Chair asked the Commission to reflect on the recommendations within the ‘Torbay Gains’ Child Poverty Commission draft final report.

Each recommendation was considered and revisions will be included in the final report.

 It was agreed that the Commission should reform on an annual basis (September 2014). It will be the responsibility of The Health and Wellbeing Board to champion and be held accountable for any recommendations contained in the report .  The Torbay Gains final report is to be presented to the Health and Wellbeing Board on 3^rd December for approval and full Council 27^th February 2014.
