Prior to consideration of the item in Minute 104 the press and public were formally excluded from the meeting on the grounds that the item involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

Further to the Employment Committee meeting held on 17 April 2023, to consider additional exempt information on a staffing matter.

The Employment Committee considered the submitted exempt additional information in respect of a staffing matter.

Resolved:

That the Employment Committee made a unanimous decision in relation to the staffing matter.  The full details of the decision of the Employment Committee is exempt by virtue of Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
