Prior to consideration of the item in Minute 102 the press and public were formally excluded from the meeting on the grounds that the item involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

The Employment Committee considered the submitted exempt report in respect of a staffing matter.

Resolved:

That the Employment Committee be adjourned to enable further information to be provided.  The full details of the decision of the Employment Committee is exempt by virtue of Paragraph 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
